I have always been fascinated by different forms of movement and sports. But when I attended my first yoga classes, I realized that it was not only about physical activity, but much more.
I became passionate and fascinated and started visiting yoga studios in Vienna and Cape Town, exploring different Yoga-styles and attending many exciting workshops. Also online I am constantly getting new inspirations for my daily practice.
The more I learn about yoga and meditation, the more my view of the world opens up. To be able to perceive mind, body and soul is for me the foundation for a happy life.
Yoga and meditation have made my mind clearer and enabled me to recognize and enjoy the wonders of this world with gratitude and serenity.

Trust what you feel

I felt the call of the island growing stronger and stronger in me! After postponing the flight twice because of the Mount Agung outbursts, I finally completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Master Jai C. Salt, from the YOGA ELEMENTAL SCHOOL in Bali, Indonesia, in October 2018.

During my training I studied the meridians of the body and explored the exercises that activate them.
The desire to deepen my knowledge of where exactly the meridians are, where the acupuncture points are located and how to activate them to improve the flow of energy in the body led me to attend and complete the course “ZEN-SHIATSU” at the MANUS Ausbildungszentrum in Vienna in January 2019.

To deepen my meditation practice as well, I traveled to India in November 2019 to visit the Ramana Maharishi Ashram and to 10-day VIPASSANA MEDITATIONS course at the beautiful Dhamma Center Arunachala, Tiruvanamalai.  Yes, you do not attend a ‘Vipassana’ course, you sit it! And that ten to twelve hours per day – to train the ability to concentrate, to perceive and explore the physical and mental reality. This experience was one of the most beautiful and intense in my life.

Through the yoga practice I learn to accept how things are and at the same time I feel the urge to constantly improve myself and grow more and more.
In order to increase my flexibility and to consolidate my knowledge of human anatomy and breathing techniques, I completed my training as a GRAVITY YOGA teacher with Lukas Rockwood from Yoga Body in June 2020.
It was the first time that I attended such an intensive online course, and to my amazement I realized that it is possible to teach yoga even through a screen and to convey positivity. For this reason, I decided to offer online courses that will allow me to reach more people who want to increase their physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga and meditation.

In January 2021 I did an additional “HOLISTIC YOGA FLOW” online training with Travis Elliot and Lauren Eckstrom of the Inner Dimension Academy, specialising in Power Vinyasa, Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Subtle Anatomy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Teaching Methodology, Meditation and a Lifestyle Practicum.

The combination of different styles of yoga, meditation, bodywheight workouts from Calisthenics and Asian arts like Qi Gong, Thai Chi and Lu Jong (which I am passionate about) allows me to create a personal style that I like to share with others.
