We practice a combination of meditation, basic Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Qi Gong exercises to activate the energy flow in the meridians and to find silence in the mind. We develop focus, strength and endurance, improve balance and thereby increase our mental and physical well-being. We explore deeper layers of consciousness by relaxing into the posture for longer periods of time. By stretching into the deep connective tissue we gain a holistic approach to the body and release tension and stress.
