RELAX IN NATURE
Out of the everyday life, into the silence. Enjoy being unreachable and spending time with yourself in nature.
We practice the following topics in a small group of up to 5 people:
// BE STRONG & FLEXIBLE //
We practice a combination of basic Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga. We develop focus, strength and endurance, improve balance and increase our mental and physical well-being. We ignite our inner fire in Yoga called “Tapas”. Even though this can sometimes be exhausting, the effort is always rewarded!
// BE RELAXED //
In contrast to the active yang yoga sessions in the morning, we will explore deeper layers of consciousness in the evening in the yin yoga sessions by relaxing in the postures for longer periods of time. By stretching into the deep connective tissue, we gain a holistic approach to the body and release tension and stress.
// BE ENERGIZED //
Fascial training: By inserting facial rolls, we release muscular tension and stretch the connective tissue (fascia)
Sun Salutation Practice: We practice the exact sequence of movements of Sun Salutation A and B
5 Tibetan Training: We learn the 5 sequences of movements of the 5 Tibetan Rites
Lu Jong: A brief insight into Tibetan healing yoga, one of the oldest forms of movement in Asia
Qi Gong: Translates “the work with energy”. We practice the “Golden eight exercises”, thereby increasing our energy flow and creating clarity of mind.
*The active program only takes place on the Outdoor YOGA PLATFORM during good weather!
// KEEP NOBLE SILENCE //
Until breakfast is served we enjoy noble silence.
// BE HEALED //
I am happy to offer you a Zen Shiatsu treatment of the head and feet in a single session. Afterwards I use several Tibetan singing bowls to help you activate your self-healing powers and dissolve energy blockages.
// NO TEC //
No mobile phone, no TV, no music except the sounds of nature, no social media.. If really necessary, you can communicate electronically with the outside world on the bench on the hill behind the house. Don’t worry, there will be special times when we will take pictures.
// WALK IN SILENCE //
We hike in silence to the waterfalls near the house. After a short silent meditation we continue along the huge Rockwall called “Himmelwand” until get some delicious regional food at the Himmelwandhütte. If we want to keep silence again on our way back is up to us..
